One breast implant feeling loose in pocket

I understand your concern. Based on your description, it sounds like you have pocket issue. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. Hello, thank you for your question. That sounds like a strange feeling. I would suggest continuing to wear sports bras and bras when you are doing your activities around the house and even when sleeping. Usually under the muscle the implant tends to move less but its possible. Speak to your plastic surgeon about your concerns and they can examine and assess your breast tissue.

Obviously, a return to your surgeon or another Plastic Surgeon is best as in person exam is the gold standard. Sometimes if you are rigt handed, the muscle is stronger and that might explain the difference. Try flexing your chest muscle and see if the left one moved more laterally.

You do have two different breasts and your implants may not feel the same to you. I would suggest letting your plastic surgeon examine you to make sure the two pockets are similar.

If this has been the feel of the implant since surgery, this may be normal for you. I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. It is not uncommon for the breasts to be a little different in size or to feel differently from one another.
