24 years old scheduled for breast aug with gel implants next month. Did my breast ultrasound last month and was diagnosed with several fibroadenomas in both breasts. However, breasts present fine - no lumps. Will this affect my surgery? Should my surgeon still be able to do my surgery?

Obviously, a return to your surgeon or another Plastic Surgeon is best as in person exam is the gold standard. Sometimes if you are rigt handed, the muscle is stronger and that might explain the difference. Try flexing your chest muscle and see if the left one moved more laterally.
I would go see a board-certified plastic surgeon (with 6 year integrated plastic surgery training and 1 year The Aesthetic Society accredited fellowship). We have the capability to perform ultrasound in the office to evaluate the integrity of the breast implant. I have not heard of any case of...
