Hi! I have had my implants fir almost 7 years. Really happy with everything. I know they do not last forever so I do expect to have another surgery at some point. I am looking to get a rib tattoo and want to make sure it’s low enough not to get “distorted” . I have over muscle under breast incision at the moment. If I were to do another surgery I would keep them around the same size. The placement of the tattoo would be across the ribs under the breast on both sides
