Hello, depending on how far the tattoo is from the breasts it will depend on whether it is distorted or not, it is most likely that it will not be distorted, unless you put very very large implants.

Since you surely have folds determined by the placement of your current implants, I would expect minimal distortion if you stay below these folds, and do not increase the size of your implants.

If your future implants just are an exchange, nothing should change as far as the skin below the incision. However, with aging , your breasts will sag and may hide the tattoo under the weight of the implants.
