I want a natural but perky look. I like having small breasts but there's no upper pole and am hoping to do an implant instead of a lift. I'm thinking UTM low or medium profile gummy bear silicone.
Answer: Breast Augmentation Candidate Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. I recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Dr. Moises Salama, board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Can I achieve something similar to these goal photos without a lift? Yes you can! No lift y necessary. I believe medium profile will be best but most implants will give you great results. If you especially want to fill out your upper pole, sub-muscular placement is best. You are actually an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

Answer: No lift needed! You could consider 3D simulation It is good that you have identified the kind of look that you wish to achieve, and you would not require a lift to do this. The size of breast implant that would be appropriate for you will depend on the measurements of your chest wall alongside your goals. This can be done, and your augmentation simulated using 3D technology called the Vectra so that you will have some idea of what can be achieved, personalised to you, with breast implants.

Answer: Breast implants natural but perky Hi, thanks for your question, the goal photos don't show properly. Overall you would be appropriate for breast implants but the exact appearance and texture is impossible to predict as it mostly depends on the texture and elasticity of your own skin and breast tissues and the manner in which your breast accomodates the implants.

Answer: Implant type Dear Independent986240, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
