Thank you for your question. Regarding your concern, based on the picture, it seems like you have two different breast shapes. To correct that you can look into breast fat transfer, breasy implants, lifts, etc. You can consult a plastic surgeon to assess your situation and guide you toward the most suitable approach to your goals.
Hello,I always say "Your breasts are sisters not twins." DO they fill your bra or a sim suit the same? They may be different shaped but have the same volume. You can also take a photo of yourself lying suprine and check to see how the volume looks medially as well as laterally. All the best,Dr. Joe
Hello and thank you for your question! It's difficult to say if one breast is larger than the other based on the photo you provided. In the picture, it appears the left breast is sitting higher than the right breast, but without a proper physical exam in office it would be hard to say if there is a definitive size/symmetry difference. Hope this helps!
Dear Trustworthy809210,based on your photo, it looks like you have some asymmetry. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Hello, you have to be aware that all human beings are asymmetrical, to a lesser or greater extent some people than others, but no one is completely symmetrical, in your photo it can be seen that your breasts are very similar to each other, any asymmetry that could exist It is not a very marked factor.
Generally, the breasts are not perfectly symmetrical in shape and size. It is normal to have some sort of asymmetry. Based on your photo, the difference between your breasts is not immediately apparent.
Asymmetry exists in all breast surgery. Plastic Surgeons understand this well and usually spend quite a bit of time and energy within the operating room to achieve the best results. In your photograph, it seems you have an excellent result suspecting you had breast augmentation, and should be proud of your new look!
Thank you for your recent photo and question. From the photos it does appear that the Left breast is slightly larger. However, how does it look when you are in a bra or swimsuit? If they are equal then great but if you notice it in clothing then have a conversation with your Dr about it. Remember no person is completely equal small asymmetries will occur. Also how did your pre-surgery breast look was there differences then ? Wish you the best, you look great!
All breasts have right to left differences before and after any surgery. This includes chest wall, ribs, muscle, breast fold, height, projection, size, nipples, etc.The human body in all areas has left to right asymmetries.Your breasts have good symmetry overall. Some minor differences upper chest muscle, fullness. Good symmetry nipple position, lower poles, projection.Close follow up with your physician is recommended for any concerns.
Thank you for your question and photo. An examination in person would be required to precisely evaluate you and address your concerns, but as I tell all my patients, some degree of asymmetry is the rule rather than the exception. Your photo reveals pretty breasts with minimal asymmetry. Your goal should be to be happy with your body image and confident, not necessarily mirror image perfect symmetry. If you have ongoing concerns, please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose reviews and gallery align with your own preferences. Best of luck to you.
You definitely need a much smaller implant with a breast lift. I would also add Galaflex (for internal support for the breast). Breast implant sizing is based on your tissue based measurements. Based on these measurements (and goal), there is truly only a small range of volume that can achieve a...
Hello, Either size implant would look great. Keep in mind that when placing the implants under the muscle you will lose some volume, so if you like the 200cc but are worried it may feel too big, the size will decrease just a tad. The 175cc and 200cc diameters are smaller than your breast width...
Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for breast augmentation. I recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Dr. Moises Salama, board certified plastic surgeon.
Dear a.swede.with.questions, there might be some change in shape as the implants drop but they will not become bigger. Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Some of the pain killers that you might be given following your surgery can be constipating. I would recommend staying well hydrated, eating a well balanced diet, and mobilising as soon as able after your surgery.
