Uneven skin weird contour (Photo)

Question

I had liposuction with a supposedly good surgeon, but I'm terribly unhappy with the results The skin used to be smooth and even. Now it's saggy and bumpy at places and seems uneven, both in inner and outer thighs. I've been slowly becoming depressed over my legs. I've spent thousands of money and this was the result? Will diet and exercise fix it? Laser, sculptra, RF? Don't suggest fat transfer, I won't trust lipo again and I don't have much fat left

The highest area of patient dissatisfaction with liposuction is the outer and inner thighs. This is because it requires a much more skilled surgeon and in many cases the skin only loosens actually creating cellulite and uneven contours. I know you would love to hear of a non-surgical fix but the best way to smooth out your thighs is to do a combination of precise vaser liposuction on the peaks, fat transfer to the valleys, and most importantly lipo-shifting. Finally, I would address a loose skin with devices like the bodytite the Renuvion and combine them with Morpheus on top. I know this seems like quite a bit of technique and technology, but it really does take that to smooth them out.

Morpheus Burst is a new super charged form of Morpheus which tightens skin and smooths out uneven fat areas nicely but needs to be done under local anesthesia for best results and comfort.

Hello; In order to reduce for surface dimpling and tighten the skin; I recommend for PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma) injections. These injections; are practiced for 1.5 month intervals and 6-8 sessions may be required.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your liposuction results.  You may want to consider Morpheus8.  These treatments combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture.  Three to four treatment sessions are recommended for optimal results.  You can also consider adding Renuva or Sculptra injections to improve the contour.

The most common untoward sequela of liposuction is contour irregularity.  We don't have all of the information to completely form an opinion on your result, e.g. when was the surgery, what technique, preop photos, etc.  Keep in mind that the unpredictability of surgery and the human body dictates that the best surgeon in the world can have the worst result and the worst surgeon in the world can have the best result in any given situation. To make quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we typically need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastery for this kind of work is in reality quite small.
 Liposuction of the lower extremities is technically more difficult than other areas.
Did your surgeon show you before and after pictures before you schedule the procedure? 
Liposuction results are permanent and more or less irreversible.
If the problem is an uneven fat distribution from poorly done liposuction , then correcting this is going to be difficult. 
Any attempt at revision Liposuction can make things worse.
Honestly, I don’t see why you had Liposuction in the first place, but without seeing your before pictures, we can’t really begin to make an assessment.
Sometimes improvements can be had but it’s also easy to spend 1000s of dollars on treatments that aren’t going to improve the outcome or potentially make things worse.
Simply finding a sufficiently experienced provider is hard enough.
Typically, the best plastic surgeons to do revision work are the same providers that do the best Primary procedures.
To find the right plastic surgeon, I suggest patient start the process by scheduling lots of in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community that seem to do a lot of Liposuction or focus their practice exclusively on this procedure.
 During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics.
Highly experienced providers should have access to hundred thousand before and after pictures to choose from.
Revision work is many times more complex and difficult than primary Liposuction so provider selection is absolutely paramount.
