Chad Deal, MD

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Deal and everyone at Southern Surgical!!!! I had a breast lift with implants with Dr. Deal and ended up needing a revision (internal bra) because I had a little bottoming out. It was not his fault at all, but he was so honest with me about everything and wanted to make sure I was happy with my results. He was also very upfront before my surgery and let me know that IF I ended up needing to go back for a small revision, he wouldn’t

I had a previous breast reduction and tummy tuck in 2022. The scarring on my body was horrific. Lumpy and discoloured. I found Dr. Deal online talking about his techniques for minimizing scars during his surgeries. I reached out and asked if he would consider trying to fix the scarring on my body, especially on my breasts. I had approached 3 previous plastic surgeons who basically told me that nothing could be done - they labeled my scars hypertrophic and wouldn't touch them. Dr.

His knowledge, professionalism, and kind demeanor instantly gave me confidence that I had chosen the right surgeon. The day of surgery, I felt fully prepared thanks to the way Dr.

I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo 360 as well as breast augmentation. Dr. Deal was my main surgeon with help from Dr. Summers. They were both great and I’m loving my results! I’m only 5 weeks post op so still recovering and dealing with swelling. I’m a little disappointed I had to have a small vertical scar because my old belly button couldn’t be pulled all the way down, but I’m hopeful it can be taken care of in the second stage surgery. I love my breast augmentation

Dr. Deal recently revised an old breast aug + lift that was pretty messed up from my previous provider. I was highly impressed with the lengths he went to in order to guarantee proper positioning, perfect scarring, and the specific type of look I was personally seeking. I certainly wish I would’ve gone to him for the original surgery back in 2018 rather than putting myself thru 3 operations but I know without a doubt that it has finally been fixed once and for all! I would also
