The impact of a future tummy tuck will depend on location and how large the tattoo is. Skin from the abdomen is pulled lower during a tummy tuck which could distort a large tattoo. If the tattoo is small and high on the abdomen it shouldn't be impacted too much.

With your tattoo located so high up, it is not likely that it will be affected, however be sure to discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

The must significant pull on the abdominal skin during a tummy tuck is lower on the stomach.  The higher you go from the incision site, the less pull you get.  Since you are planning your tattoo at the very highest point, I don't think there will be any effect on the tattoo from the tummy tuck.

A tummy tuck should do very little to affect the placement of the tatoo that appears underneath the breast fold.
