Average cost of upturned nose rhinoplasty? (Photos)

Rhinoplasty prices vary greatly
because the rhinoplasty procedure itself encompasses a wide range of
techniques that can be performed to different extents.Therefore the cost
range is pretty wide from $6000-$12,000. My recommendation is to first
find qualified surgeons   that are board certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Find one or
two surgeons you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that
influence the price include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight
stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?
2. Type of Anesthesia -  IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a
board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an
RN?
    
 
3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best
trained (and longest) would be a surgeon board  certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, but also consider American Board of
Otolaryngology trained surgeons
    
 4. Length and Complexity of
Surgery - Tip Rhinoplasty only or complete rhinoplasty, open or closed
technique, deviated septum repair,or breathing problems corrected, , how
long, ?etc

A cosmetic rhinoplasty can remove and reposition tissue in the nose for better aesthetics. Based on your photos I feel you would benefit from lengthening of the nose to "turn down" the tip aesthetic points and offer more concealment to your nostrils. This would be combined with suture refinement of the tip to rebalance the nose. 
These are big movements that are often intended to create subtle, millimeter changes to the shape of the nose once it heals. The thickness of the nose skin can affect the overall result, however, an improvement can be obtained for most patients.See link below for more info on rhinoplasty.

photograph, you may benefit from nasal tip deprojection and nasal tip de-rotation to make your nose appear less upturned  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

I assume you have never had surgery before.   The quote would depend on an in person examination.   The cost could be anywhere from 5-15k depending on your area.   Make sure you see a surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty.

More details would be helpful. Lowering the tip complex can be performed with grafts.  The fee will vary from surgeon to surgeon and in different cities. I suggest you go visit a few and see what hey have to offer.  Best of luck.

The best way to get your nose to look less "upturned" is with cartilage grafts that will extend your (caudal) septum, lower your nasal tip and bring your alar rim down as well. This is pretty extensive work in a rhinoplasty and so someone should be well-versed at rhinoplasty. Cost would be around $6-8k for this.
