Broken crooked nose, can it be fixed without surgery? (Photo)

It is difficult to tell exactly what is going on without a formal consult and physical exam beyond this one very limited picture, however, in general, surgery is the only way to fix a broken nose and/or nasal septum. These injuries are very common, and in a lot of cases people elect not to have them repaired. The main indications for repair (which requires surgery) would be to correct a functional issue (i.e. breathing difficulty caused by the injury), or to correct the cosmetic appearance of the nose (i.e. if it is now crooked or deformed after injury). These surgeries are often covered by insurance.
