I've been thinking about getting surgery on my nose to get it straight. It looks alright from the front but from the side its huge. I'm really self conscious about my nose so it would be great to start looking into getting surgery.

The cost of a rhinoplasty is directly proportional to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in a formal operating room, time monitored under anesthesia by a physician anesthesiologist, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the procedure in addition to all of the post operative follow-up appointments for 1 year. The dorsal hump can be shaved down, the bridge line narrowed in the tip refined with closed rhinoplasty approach, which involves placement of all the incisions on the inside of the nose. Digital computer imaging would also be helpful to understand what your new nose would look like upon your facial features.
