In your before photographs, you can see that your breasts were quite low on the chest wall and the center mass had descended. After augmentation, the center mass is still too low. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery.

The surgeon that had to revise their own breast lift surgery and not use mesh, and then blame your tissues, is gaslighting you. Mesh should have been used when you bottomed out after your first lift. Although this falls below the level of 'standard of care', something that would make your case in the court of law, it is still a preventable complication that would not have happened with a more seasoned surgeon.

You need internal support. An internal bra with Galaflex or Strattice should solve your problem. need to see someone experienced in revisions

Based on your post photos, it appears your breast lift was not done to a high enough level of the nipple, nipple complex being slightly higher and slightly more tissue removed in the vertical incision plus the use of an internal bra mesh would facilitate the breast not bothering out that combination can be done in a third surgery.
