285-320 cc - What size should I get?

Hi, my skin is really bad. My surgeon wants me to get 285–320 cc over-the-muscle teardrop implants. She also wants me to get B-Lite implants. I have a B cup now after significant weight loss and four children, close in age. I had 625 cc implants once and had a terrible experience. That is why she wants me to have a different implant type and teardrop shape. But how do I know what size is right for me? I am 160 cm and 69.9 kg. I don't want them to be too big, but I don't want them to be too small. Help??

Based on your weight, height, and skin quality, your surgeon’s suggestion of 285–320cc teardrop B-Lite implants sounds like a thoughtful choice &mdash; lighter, more natural-looking, and gentler on your skin. If you’re torn between too big or too small, aim for the middle (around 300cc). It’s usually enough to give a noticeable but natural boost without feeling overwhelming.

I encourage you to begin by looking at photos of breasts that match the look you are wanting.  Visit a few board certified plastic surgeons near you for consultations with your "wish pics" in mind.  This can help your surgeon recommend the correct size, shape, and profile to get you as close as possible to the look you are wanting. If you have poor skin laxity you will want to consider options such as bioabsorbable mesh, a lift if needed, and keep in mind the weight of the implants.
