Hello, i have been thinking of getting a breast lift for a couple of years now, but i haven't done it, because 1: i dont like the idea of implants, and sadly it might be the only option to get a nice result) and 2: because someone told me if i want kids in the future, i will probably have to re-do the surgery My natural breast are a 34D cup. But because of my weight loss they dont look like it. They are extremely saggy and have no volume. It is a huge insecurity, and i dont plan on having kids very soon. If i get the surgery and i have my kids in the next 2/3 years ( i'm 28) will it still be worth it, or does having children not affect the outcome? Thanks

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. I have patients who underwent this procedure, then had pregnancies and have not needed a revision. In fact, I have never done a revision for mechanical failure. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Results might change, or not; only you can determine how important surgery would be. Info needed.... I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if desired. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author.
