1 year post op, bottoming out. Can I go bigger and will it fix the positioning? (Photos)

The lower part of your breasts need to be shortened to treat the bottoming out. Also you could get larger implants maybe around 300 to 350 cc

Your results are typical of the lollipop lift. Your nipples are overly elevated and the center mass of the breast has not been significantly moved. At this time, I would use a curvilinear incision near the fold to remove the implants, expand the pockets higher, replace the implants in the submuscular position as high as possible and at the same time use the bottom half of the breasts to create a more projection. The operation would take 4 hours to perform under general anesthesia and costs $14,000.

Going larger will not help the bottoming out, and could in fact increase the risk of it happening again. You may want to look into bioabsorbable mesh to help support the tissues. I've included a video on this that I hope you find helpful.

Your bottoming out needs to be corrected .I would not recommend going any larger as that will cause more pressure on the lower pole and recurrence of the bottoming out

The short answer to your question is… yes you can go bigger. That said, I would highly recommend that you redo your breast lift at the same time in order to get rid of the inferior extra breast tissue and fullness. The procedure I recommend would be - capsulotomy with implant exchange and secondary mastopexy.
