Busted lip, skin yellow, canker like sore inside mouth after lip fillers. Is this normal? (Photos)

Generally these issues settle down pretty quickly.  I do recommend getting assessed by your injector.  They should care.  If not, please find an injector who does.

meganrenee96.   Sorry you are having this problem, but hard to tell from your photos exactly what is happening.  Filler may be too superficial, or you may have developed canker sore, related or unrelated to the procedure.  See your doctor ASAP, and if doctor not a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist, think about a second opinion. Thank you for sharing your question and photograph.  Unfortunately your pictures demonstrate a narrow view of your lips and mouth and I would recommend seeing your injector for an evaluation.  It would be early to have developed a canker sore so most likely the filler is the cause.  Filler may have been placed too close to the skin surface resulting in a palpable/visible deposit. As for your skin I would recommend application of a thick emollient like Aquaphor until you see your injector.  Best wishes.

You need to be evaluated in person by your injector. This could be a herpes outbreak which is easy to treat or something more serious. Either way, it isn't something that can be evaluated online. 

This need to be assessed as soon as possible by your injector. There are the occasional times that the filler can be injected into an artery and block it. The symptoms tend to be pain and pustule formation. The so called rash can look like an infection  but needs to be treated seriously. Your injected just needs to use hyalase to unblock it.
I am not trying to scare you as this can be reversed. It just needs immediate attention. 

It is hard to see exactly what is going on with the photos. It sounds like you need an evaluation. It might be an infection - herpetic and/or bacterial. I would schedule a visit asap to get looked at. You might need Valtrex or an oral antibiotic.

I'm sorry you are dealing with this issue--fortunately for most people, having an issue after lip filler is unusual. It's best to schedule an appointment with your injector to be sure there is no infection or possible viral outbreak causing your symptoms.
