Answer: I had stitches done on my upper right lip. How do I get my lip to go back to normal? Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. If your injury took place 6+ months ago I would see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in consultation to discuss scar revision options. You may have had an excess amount of scar tissue develop which will require excision. If your injury was less than six months ago I would caution you to wait and allow your results more time to mature.
