Should I add more filler to the corners of my lips or just dissolve? (photo)

Probably the easiest and potentially the most aesthetically pleasing alternative is to add more filler (Volbella) to the lateral aspect of the upper lip on each side.

I suggest seeing your physician and determining what look you are going for and deciding if ore is needed and of what type. All the fillers perform in the lip differently.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  If you are looking to better balance your upper to lower lip the best decision would be to dissolve some of the filler along the center of your upper lip.  If you are happy with the central volume, add additional filler to the sides of the upper lip as well as to the bottom and you should have improved results.  Hope this helps.
