You have a very pretty and symmetrical face. While you cannot look like Megan Fox, you can enhance your look with cosmetic procedures as well as with makeup. Megan not only was blessed with great bone structure, she also has her hair and makeup professionally done and is only photographed in good lighting by professional photographers; you can't compare your selfies to her publicity photos.

Caitlin.    You are a very pretty girl, stop wishing for some actress's features who most likely has an army of plastic surgeons, dermatologists, makeup artists, stylists etc to give them a look that is only achievable with a lot of help.  Nothing against Megan Fox, pretty lady, but you need to concentrate on YOUR attractive features, and then make them stand out even more.  You have beautiful, soulful eyes and your nose needs no work!  Perhaps a conservative lip augmentation with Juvederm Ultra plus and possibly micro-liposuction of your neck and jaw line.  That's it MAX! While it is important in aesthetic surgery to have goals, no one can be made to have features like another. How close you can come to your ideal facial features depends on how close you are now. Subtle transformations can be done to the nose, lips and jaw but dramatic changes in one's anatomy its not possible or realistic. Have some computer imaging done to see what changes you can achieve.
