Thank you for your question. I'm pretty sure this won't affect the procedure, but you can visit a nutritionist that will provide you a diet to fix this condition. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

Having a larger meal 7 weeks after your procedure will not produce long term effects on your surgical liposuction results. It is important to note that patients can gain and lose weight after liposuction, so you want to be sure to maintain a healthy, balanced diet and return to regular exercise when cleared by your surgeon to do so.

Other than liposuction in fat transfer there is no valuable that can change someone’s for distribution. The exception is the small impact the non-surgical procedures like cool sculpting can potentially have.

Nothing else changes A persons fat distribution.

Weight gain after liposuction from excessive caloric intake often diminishes Liposuction results but this is not a change in fact distribution.

Eating small meals throughout the day it’s an excellent way to minimize insulin spikes, maintain levels of energy and blood sugar and is in my opinion far healthier than eating large meals a few times a day.
