Am I a good candidate for liposuction 360 for hour glass figure?

Thanks for your question! I do think that liposuction could help to bring in your waist and give you more of an hourglass figure. I might even suggest some modest fat grafting to the hips to really curve out that shape. Good luck!

hi thanks for the pics. your frontal pic needs slightly more evaluation just to assess if any sagging component is there since we can do your 360 degree lipo and give u a hourglass shape if there is no sagging component or very minimal. otherwise u may require lipo of your torso, flanks , front with tummy tuck which we can finalise only after complete evaluationhope it answers your query

Sorry, no, since you are genetically a man, you have a male bone structure which cannot be changed. You will not be a curvy women since you were not a curvy man. If you have donor fat, some could be added to your hips. I am not seeing much fat.

The biggest difference between your body and your wish picture is that your back is wider and your hips do not flare.

Liposuction can be done but in your case I think you should not have liposuction unless you use the fat for fat transfer. That would be the best way to feminize your body. Fat can be grafted to your hips, outer thighs and buttocks.

If you opt for Liposuction I would make sure that your under arm and entire back is treated.

Liposuction and the approach to liposuction as well as fat transfer varies substantially among different providers and finding a plastic surgeon who is truly mastered body contouring may require interviewing quite a few surgeons.

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that you are tall and slender. Your hips are rather small. There is minimal-moderate fullness of the flanks. BMI (body mass index equals weight in kg / square of height in meters) is one criterion to determine the results of a cosmetic surgery. You can find BMI calculators on the internet. If your BMI is greater than 30, the cosmetic result will not be optimal. If your BMI is greater than 35, your operative risk will rise. Using your height and weight data, your BMI is 24.25, in the "normal" range. I do believe that you are a candidate for liposuction, the only limitation being the underlying shape of your musculo-skeleton.
