I did a breast augmentation over a year ago and I don’t like the shape of my breasts. The nipples are too low. What is the least invasive way to do a revision? Do I need a revision?
Answer: Implants Your implants are still sitting high and your pocket can be release to let them lower down. Once lowered, your nipples will probably be just fine.

Answer: Breast surgery If you’re unhappy a lift is the best option. Personally I think you used implants too large but it’s up to you if you want to go a bit smaller

Answer: Revision surgery Dear 520ccor560cc, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Nipples too low over 1 year post-op - what's the least invasive way to revise? Based on the posted photos only surgical revision can improve the appearances of your breasts. They are high riding, non dissected inferior pocket, needing donut lift, maybe. Best to virtual consult with... Expect fees $10,000

Answer: Revision breast augmentation I feel that your nipple/areolas are too high and the upper pole (top of the breasts) is too high. this means that your implants remain too high on your chests. A revision breast augmentation with removal of the lower portion of the breast capsule (scar tissue surrounding all breast implants). This will allow the implants to fall and center your nipples. It is much less painful that your original surgery and approached either through a peri-areolar (around the nipple) or inframammary (under the breast incision). Best wishes. Dr. Taranow
