Is 475cc HP appropriate & is quitting vaping 10 days pre-op enough time? (Photos)

Question

Hi, I had a breast aug in Jan 2021. My breasts didn't fall properly&I disliked the size (355 cc MP) so I'm redoing them in 11 days. I don't want to look like a pornstar but I definitely want to be bigger &fuller.My surgeon makes the patient choose the size, it's beyond frustrating. Do you think 475 HP would be appropriate?I stopped drinking alcohol ~2 months ago but I'm having the HARDEST time quitting vaping, I had a panic attack abt it. is 10 days enough time

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Thanks for the posted photos, very nicely posted btw. In my over the Real Self internet opinion - you needed to stop all issues that might effect results after the second now revision surgery! Especially VAPING..Any thing that might cause bleeding, healing issues should be stopped for months not days. As for volume/sizing 475 seems a good option but might recommend having a choice for the surgeon of different volumes available. You have either inferior capsular fibrosis on the one side or the initial surgery did not have the pocket dissected correctly or enough thus causing the high rider effect. So you might need 2 different sizes to attain better symmetry. These issues need to be addressed ASAP. Or eelay your surgery until you are completely ready. Best to virtual consult with....

I would suggest not going any larger than 475 cc for your frame, and 10 days is not enough time to have stopped vaping. Vaping is actually worse than smoking with more harmful ingredients. Please let your surgeon know.

I use the patients wish pics to gauge which implant to place. I use “sizers” which I place in the pocket to obtain the correct sized implant. 
475 should increase your size very nicely.  
Stopping vaping 10 days before surgery is adequate
