I have natrelle soft touch moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle. 345cc in left 295cc in right. They are smaller than I would like. I want a fuller rounded look. What size implants would I need to give me the look of my wish pics? Do I need a different implant style or is it that I just don’t have enough cc?
Answer: It depends on your measurements Great question. How much larger of an implant would meet your goals while still looking proportionate depends on a few things, first and most of which is the base width of your breast. Depending on how wide your breast is, there will be a range of implants that you could use reasonably to get a good result. Once that range is narrowed down, discuss with your surgeon how much bigger you would like to be and your shape goals. I like patients to bring goal photographs into the consultation to help the discussion. Based on that information, your surgeon can help you pick a larger implant size. If you want to be more full and rounded in the upper breast, a more cohesive gel implant could help, as could fat grafting to the upper breast, so those are both things to discuss in the consultation.

Answer: Size Your size is very nice now and fits your frame nicely, so you do not "need" to go larger. However, if you want to go larger, consider going up by 100 cc's. Please do not go too large and stretch and thin your own tissue so you will then sag. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Answer: Impant size Dear tee_1010, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Asymmetry of implants and volumes... Based on the 1 nude posted photo that helps, I see still volume asymmetry , where small side needs easily 100 cc volume difference. So exchange to 500cc+ on larger side and 600 cc+ on smaller side. Best to virtual consult with... Fees in the $10,000 ranges.
