330cc, breast implant asymmetrical with crescent lift - what can I do to fix this? (Photos)

I had my surgery 6 months ago I have 330cc Moderate Gel in both breast and on my left breast I had a crescent lift which made my areola bigger on that side . I feel that the shape and size aren’t exact and feel one is higher then the other. What can I do to fix this ?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

The larger areola can be tightened, but you will need an excision completely around the areola. Crescent lift s are very limited in what they can do and often change the shape of the areola.

You are being too critical. Most would recommend leaving this alone. But, I am not a fan of crescent lifts as they leave a scar only on half of the areola, can stretch it out oblong etc. So, you might consider converting that to a periareolar lift so the areola is smaller and the scar is less noticeable because it is all the way around the areolar border.
