Great series of posted photos, really helps... Though the results are good, I see your issues. 1. N/A size asymmetric. Can either reduce size of larger or increase size of smaller - your choice. 2. levelness can be addressed by inferior fat grafting after doing 1 liter liposuction. Best to virtual consult with... The larger areola can be tightened, but you will need an excision completely around the areola. Crescent lift s are very limited in what they can do and often change the shape of the areola.

You are being too critical. Most would recommend leaving this alone. But, I am not a fan of crescent lifts as they leave a scar only on half of the areola, can stretch it out oblong etc. So, you might consider converting that to a periareolar lift so the areola is smaller and the scar is less noticeable because it is all the way around the areolar border.
