Had abdominal etching 2 years ago. Doesn’t look terrible but I think my abs look too fake. Is there a way to fix this? (photo)

this looks pretty natural and most guys would kill to look like this. if you want the etching reversed there are options such as filling the lines or redoing the liposuction to remove fat around the lines. its difficult and needs an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

It would be corrected with liposuction. Since you previously had liposuction, revisional liposuction should be done with the VASER. Therefore, I suggest undoing or making the ab etching look less severe with further VASER lipo. Please seek a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in VASER liposuction.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. This is a photo my patients would likely bring in for a “wish pic.” It is hard to imagine why you are unsatisfied. To make your results “worse” you can consider doing less abdominal exercise in the gym. Good luck!
