Hi, I’ve had two breast lifts/implants. I’m considering a 2nd revision, is it worth it in my case? I still feel uneven, but I want to be realistic. I was very saggy and uneven to begin with. I currently have 350cc moderate profile. Thank you.
Answer: Revision You did not show your before photos, but your second looks good. Measurements are needed to be sure, but the implant on the higher side could be exchanged for something a little smaller. Otherwise, I would suggest keeping what you have. Every surgery has risks, and each surgery adds more scarring which can give a less predictable outcome.

Answer: Breast revision We are all asymmetrical to some degree and it is considered normal. The photos you provided show an acceptable amount of asymmetry. You have to weigh the risks versus benefits of further revision surgery in order to determine if it is right for you.

Answer: REvision surgery Dear molly4582, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Asymmetry Good evening, You may be overthinking it- breasts are sisters, not twins, so you cannot expect them to ever be identical- that's just not how the world works. Your rings don't fit the same on both hands either.

Answer: Revision of asymmetry Thank you for the pictures. In situations like this, if the implants are healthy and don't need to be removed, I like to correct the asymmetry with fat grafting. It looks like you just need a little more volume on the upper aspect of the right breast, and this can easily be achieved with a very minor procedure. Sounds like you are not up for another breast surgery and it may be over kill for the situation.
