My first implant surgery was over the muscle which I loved the fake look, but got a capsule contractor- Now they look to natural & my doctors is recommending a internal bra BUT I want it OVER the muscle, can this be done??
Answer: Implants I would discuss this with your surgeon. What can be done depends upon what your surgeon is defining as an internal bra. There are different options, but some work only under the muscle.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear megansheriff, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Do you want CC again. And again. And again? You can get the fake look with implants under the muscle. Get them out with all the capsule, and replace under the muscle with Galaflex mesh.

Answer: Internal bra can be done over muscle In general there is no reason why an internal bra cannot be done over the muscle but I would need more specific information about your specific case. Have you already had the contracture treated with capsulectomy and implant replacement? The usual recommendation for internal bra after capsular contracture is Strattice ADM.
