Can an internal bra be done over the muscle?

I would discuss this with your surgeon. What can be done depends upon what your surgeon is defining as an internal bra. There are different options, but some work only under the muscle.

You can get the fake look with implants under the muscle. Get them out with all the capsule, and replace under the muscle with Galaflex mesh.
