I'm having a second breast augmentation to correct my first one. My first surgery brought me to a 30a to a 30c with 200cc HP. I've decided to go to 265cc. Will that increase my cup size at all or just make me a fuller c? I'm 5ft about 100lbs and am a 30 around. The implants are places under the muscle, silicone gummy bears.
Answer: Implants Only adding 65 cc's will not increase your cup size but just make you fuller in this cup size. However, for your frame, this should look good and not be too heavy.

Answer: Your Anatomy and Body Type are Pertinent Factors When Choosing an Implant Size. Thank you for your question! Deciding on implant sizes are more complex than it seems. What you’re asking depends on your anatomy as well as your body type. It also depends on the type of implant that you pick as well. It is imperative that you have a proper assessment in your consultation to discuss your overall goals and have a proper fit test. There you will discuss the type of implant and size that best befits your desired look. I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot of breast implants. Good luck with your future correction! I hope my answer helps and if it does, please take a moment to up vote this answer on the “respond” button on the top right. Have a great day.

Answer: Implant volume and cup size At size 30, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. As you have noticed, 200 cc implants took you from an A to a C. 265 cc implants would not be enough. I would recommend 300 cc implants. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant size Dear MDakota, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
