No Inframammary fold and puffy nipples after tuberous breast surgery. What are my options?

Hello, I am still healing from surger and my surgeon told me that one of my boobs lost the stitches on the inframammary fold. Therefore no crease formed under the boob. Now she is trying to correct it by placing a gauze roll underneath to encourage skin to form a crease. But I dont think a defined crease will come just like that. What are my options? Will I stay like this? Can I get stitches later on if this doesn’t work?

Only adding 65 cc's will not increase your cup size but just make you fuller in this cup size. However, for your frame, this should look good and not be too heavy.

Your lateral or outside pocket can be tightened so that the implant does not shift so much when you lay down.

No, you do not appear to need a lift. If you are happy with your size and have no capsules, you can just keep what you have. Saline implants do not have to be replaced every ten years, but when needed.
