Asymmetry After Brow Lift - can this be improved? (Photos)

I had an endoscopic brow lift 7 months ago. Immediately after, one side felt a lot tighter and looked significantly higher. It's relaxed since then but is still higher than the other brow. I'm wondering what my options are or if I'm being too picky and should try to ignore it.

A brow/forehead lift and upper bleph would be great to help with the eye area but they won't get rid of hte lines alone. You will need to continue to do botox and good skincare.

I think your eyebrows position is good. You dont have any excess skin on upper eyelid. But your upper eyelids have lack of volume. I dont think upper blepharoplasty suitable surgery for you. By injecting fat to upper eyelid (underneath upper orbital rim) it can be fixed the deep appearance. Bests

You would benefit from a brow lift. It can be done through the hairline or in front of the hairline. When done in front of the hairline, it makes you look younger. When done in the hairline, the scar is more hidden. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
