I've had blepharoplasty and microblading - how can I improve my unsymmetrical brows and eyes? (Photos)

Question

Hi I’m deeply insecure about my eyes and brows, I feel so unsymmetrical and it’s something I’ve been so unhappy with for years! I’ve had upper Blepharoplasty to try and even out my eyes - which helped a bit. I’ve also had my brows microbladed to try and make them look more even. But the problem continues.…. I feel like I lift one of my brows higher than the other, which is to do with the muscle, but one eye feels bigger and my brow is also a different level making me feel really wonky. I know to some degree aysymetry is normal but I feel mine is above average and I’m so fed up of feeling deeply insecure about this. Is there anything that can help? Thank you

You would benefit from a brow lift. It can be done through the hairline or in front of the hairline. When done in front of the hairline, it makes you look younger. When done in the hairline, the scar is more hidden.

Botox can prove helpful for establishing greater brow symmetry. It can be injected, for example, on only in the glabellar region on the side with the lower brow. The glabella is the region over the nose between the brows. Injection in this way would allow the forehead muscles to pull upwards the medial brow on that side. Additionally, a couple of microdroplets of Botox properly placed under the tail of the lower eyebrow can help to raise that portion of the brow, as well.  You would be wise to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injection expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.
