Is a temporal lift, minimal bleph (upper lid), fat transfer & bone reduction (orbital eye bone, lateral side) best? (Photos)

Your forehead is nearly perfect and your eyebrows are at the ideal position. You have deep set eyes because you are very thin. You do not need a temporal lift nor do you need a blepharoplasty or bone reduction. Fat transfers can lead to lumpy contour irregularities and I would not recommend this. I recommend you leave your eyes alone. From your lateral view, you may improve your appearance by a chin implant and possibly a rhinoplasty. Your nose has a slight concavity to it and could be refined. It appears you are using fillers on your lips. You may want to consider stop using fillers and undergo an eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

Browlift, upper blepharoplasty, fat removal – which is right? I’ve done facial feminization surgery with all the procedures you discussed. You should listen very closely when I tell you this to prevent a journey of repeated plastic surgery. You need absolutely nothing. Any surgery will make you look worse and not better! —! a lateral blepharoplasty would make you look evil.
