Is a temporal lift, minimal bleph (upper lid), fat transfer & bone reduction (orbital eye bone, lateral side) best? (Photos)

Bl0ndeEm
I have large eyes and space between my eye lid and eyebrow. As I’ve got older the outer part of my brow bone hangs slightly. I do not have much loose skin on my eye lid. My eye sockets are deep and I hate side profile photos of myself. I’ve been recommended a temporal lift, minimal bleph on the upper lid, fat transfer and bone reduction on my orbital eye bone on the lateral side. Is this standard procedure for achieving the best outcome, how common is fat transfer to the eye area? Thanks
