I am a 40 year old wanting to get your expert opinion on the options I have to correct my issue. I have tried Botox for temporary fix. But now I'm interested in possibly getting a permanent fix. What are your thoughts?

You appear to have the normal facial asymmetry we all have, and perhaps it has gotten more noticeable as you've aged bc you've lost the fat that has been covering all of this. Maybe you are also a side sleeper, which can make this worse. Don't do anything permanent to change thsi, we all have it, and you'll drive yourself crazy chasing this forever.
