You appear to have a lovely face but I agree that you have extensive sun damage, combined with the general signs of aging: heavy upper eyelids that hang onto the lashes, sagging puffy under-eyes, loss of volume in the midface, lipstick wrinkles, and a saggy jawline with jowls. A multidimensional approach would help you look your best. Although a physical exam is necessary, I would probably assume, based on the photos, that you would benefit most from an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eye lift), a facelift and neck lift, as well as laser resurfacing to help with the sun damage and skin texture. The key, however, is in how these procedures are performed. If performed without a sophisticated aesthetic, you could look pulled, fake, and older. If done with a light touch to create a refreshed look, you could expect to look 15-20 years younger. The techniques are complex and often proprietary to each and every surgeon, so I suggest studying the before-and-after photos carefully. Do your research and bring all of your questions to your consultations.
Hello ! Thank you for your question l recommend you face with neck lift In this way, the sagging on your face will go away to a great extent, and it will help you look younger and healthier.Thank you ! regards
Thank you for your question. There are several ways to rejuvenate your face. To address your eye symmetry, you may consider blepharoplasty on both the upper and lower eyelids. Upper eye lift surgery is used to correct drooping upper eyelids that tend to sag with time, while lower blepharoplasty removes excess puffiness or bags from under the eyes. Your surgeon may recommend combining blepharoplasty with other procedures like dermal fillers or facial fat transfer to optimize results and improve facial symmetry. To determine your eligibility for these procedures, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon. Your surgeon can evaluate properly, customize the best treatment plan, and ensure the best possible results.
Hi and thank you for your question! The procedures you may benefit most from are:Upper blepharoplasty with or without a browlift- reduced the hooding over your eyesCO2 laser resurfacing- improve a lot of sun damage to your skin including sun spots and fine wrinklesLip lift vs lip filler- not to give a duck lip look but to give you more volume of your red lipFacelift/Necklift- to improve the jowls, jawline, and neck skin laxityThis is, of course, a lot to think about and a full consultation would be best to go over these options in detail. Best of luck on your journey!
Hello, thank you for your question. So a facelift addresses the lower aspect of the face to help smooth out jaw line and remove jowls, smooth out nasolabial folds. To address the eyes, you consider a blepharoplasty to remove excess skin in the eyelid and maybe in the future a brow lift.
You have already beautiful facial features and signs of excessive exposure to sun. You have a wide forehead, for that reason no raising the eyebrows to prevent lengthen the forehead. Your upper eyelid is very saggy, have lost volume in the most important and supportive areas and look deflated: temples, periorbital (around eyes), cheeks and perioral (around the mouth), the distance in between the nose and lips has lengthened. Saggy cheeks and saggy neck. No definition of the jawline. So you will be candidate for very refined procedures to prevent you looking strange or other person. The goal is to make you look yourself 20 years ago. Mid facelift, neck lift, upper blefaroplasty, liplift, facial fat grafting to undereye, mid cheeks, nasolabial fold, marionette lines, lips. And after 3-4 months laser therapy to improve the quality of your skin. Be encouraged!!You will Look fantastic. Dr. Cárdenas
Thank you for your question and for showing your pictures, @Tasteful548895. You are a candidate for an eye rejuvenation. An upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove the excess of skin and fat from the lower eyelid. Additionally, I recommend rhitidoplasty to improve the quality of the skin and sagging in the lower their of the face, so you can have an effective process to rejuvenate the appearance. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon for more information. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD FACS
An upper blepharoplasty procedure can accomplish rejuvenating your upper eyelids by removal of excess skin and a small amount of fat creating the hooded look. This can be performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure.
