Festoons are complicated issues. What I can tell you is that microdneedle is not likely to cause harm but it is also not likely to provide the help you need. Deeper treatment, hyaluronic acid fillers, or surgery are generally needed. So much depends on the nature of your festoons.
For festoons, lasers in combination with microneedling and prp will give better results without the need for surgery. Fillers in this area help as well if placed appropriately. Please see someone with experience in treating this area. Best, Dr. Emer.
