I got liposuction of the back (Upper lower and flanks) with dr. Burden. Pro: it was close to my residence. He seems to care and is honest about possible outcome Con: i feel like this office is more geared toward a certain demographic. Before and during my procedure I felt uneasy. About outcome and care. The office is full of blonde hair , blue eye, size 1 beautiful women. Not seeing someone who looked like me behind the desk or even in the photo gallery of work can truly make a POC feel uneasy. Care and feeling not only heard but understood is what alot of us look for. I went ahead and got the procedure anyways. I was quoted 4,240 for this with the 560$ discount from date deposit and consultation fee (another con). It's been 2weeks and recovery was rough. Ended up refilling my pain meds due to the pain (not uncomfortable, PAIN) . Results look good. However i wish this was something that could've been done with my TT in scheduled a few weeks out from this one. He doesn't not recommend combining due to Florida lipo law, and he doesn't not recommend massages or fajas. He sends you home in most procedures in just a flimsy binder. Overall I'd rate them a 4 out of 5. The nurse are great with answering questions, and I am happy with my results, however I feel like aftercare and presentation of this company can definitely use and upgrade.

He really is good! His skills and expertise was something I was not willing to pass up when choosing a plastic surgeon to do my breast augmentation. The nurses and staff are great also which made the experience all that much better! Thanks Dr.Burden! I feel much more confident now that you fixed me!

I am keeping my journey updated with you all because I wish someone with my size and my petite"ness" would have done the same! So hopefully this helps out someone that's petite. I am 5'4 123lbs was a 32A cup before my BA! Updated on 22 Sep 2024: It’s so easy to forget about updating when you’re just going about your normal life! Dr Burden did a 50 year makeover for me. From the moment I walked in his office I felt welcome. He was so down to earth and spent time going over everything I wanted. He performed 2 procedures, full trunk liposuction and 8 weeks later an implant exchange and scar revision. I cried when I looked in the mirror after it was complete. They were tears of joy!! I am so happy with everything he did and actually feel sexy naked again! Not only is he wonderful but his staff is equally as wonderful. I would recommend anyone looking to have work done to call his office. I had a fall after my breast lift and ended up with a hematoma on my right side. Joan and Dr. Burden took such excellent care of me and fixed me right up! My breasts look amazing and I am so thankful to them for their excellent care!

After a significant weight loss I had been on the fence with having a tummy tuck for years. I finally found the courage to schedule a consultation and as soon as I entered Dr. Burdens office I was put right at ease. His Nurse Joan was amazing and full of knowledge and as soon as I met Dr. Burden I knew he was the surgeon for me. He was kind and never pushy. His bedside manner was five star and I'm so happy with my results. He did an amazing job and I finally have my confidence back! I feel good in my own skin again! The staff at Destin Plastic Surgery was phenomenal from my initial consultation through a delay in my surgery due to Covid to my surgery and recovery. I was continually impressed by their professionalism, expediency and willingness to work with my individual needs/concerns. Absolutely recommend Dr. Burden and Destin Plastic Surgery.

On March I went for breast revision surgery as implants were hard and a doctor recommended having them replaced. Dr. Burden knew exactly what would best and they are so beautiful . Destin Plastic Surgery is the best!

The staff took excellent care of me. All my questions were answered. The facility is clean and welcoming, on surgery day the flow was smooth. I felt safe and cared for. I work in the medical field so my standards are higher than most and this facility is top of the line. I am most pleased with the exceptional work of Dr Burden!
