I was wondering if buccal fat removal will fix my large cheeks. Especially when I smile. Or is there something else you recommend. Maybe something less invasive?

You are not a good candidate for buccal fat removal (you don’t have an excessive amount of fat there). It would make you look gaunt. I would just do filler and maybe a rhinoplasty to harmonize your face.
