I recently had a complex jaw surgery. I am happy with the results. The only problem is that my face looks super round and chubby and it doesn't match my body. I'm 181 cm and weigh 53 kgs, which means I'm really underweight, but it doesn't show on my face. My face doesn't match my body at all. I want to return back to having a strong jawline and less facial fat. Please give recommendations on how to proceed
