There are generally predetermined times for surgeries. After surgery, the early stages of recovery usually occur between the first and second months, while a full recovery can take up to eight months. Very limited info presented. So might recommend resting and taking anti inflammatory meds for 1 week. If this does not help. Either call your chosen operative surgeon or seek second opinions virtually or in person. I might also suggest ultrasound examination done by a Plastic Surgeon. For example I charge $800. As for other causes: scar tissue beg stretched, fat necrosis, fat cysts forming, etc. Guess having ultrasound might give you peace of mind. You can virtual consult with....

I too feel sore when I have to stand all day. Probably not much a plastic surgeon can do other than tell you to take a rest. Serious pain requires a formal work up by a pain specialist.

You need to talk to the doctor who performed this procedure on you. Sometimes in a few cases some liquid can be encapsulated in those parts, it could be caused perhaps by a bad position in the way you sit.
