Answer: Botox and fillers Great question and concern. There is no issue with sun exposure and ocean water after botox and fillers. I usually recommend taking it easy for 24 hours but other than that I tell my clients to go on with their life. I really have no science to explain all the restrictions that come on the brochure of either of them. My only reasoning for easy first 24 hours is to let the needle holes to settle down a bit - again not much science behind that. I say: enjoy the life after the botox and fillers.

I would recommend using an SPF, avoid laying flat for 4 hours post Botox treatment, and any exercise or lifting more than 5 lbs for 24 hours after treatment. Best of luck!
