Hello and thank you for your question. First off I want congratulations are in order for your weight loss. Botox is not the solution to your problem. I, along with other would recommend a skin tightening procedure to help achieve your goal. We use a Venus concept device, that help tighten the skin. You can look at local Medspa's in your area, and ask for before and after photos. Remember to use sunscreen on a daily basis. Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question. Botox usually last 3-4 months in general. One item that should have be mentioned to you is that it is common for patients to return to the office for a touch up when expressions are uneven. Botox results are not immediate (unlike fillers) so Doctors should tell you to wait until the results appear and if you need a touch up to come back in to the office. Usually touchups are minimal. If your concern is the high arch over your brow, you can easily remedy the arch by having a small amount added to relax the pull on the muscle. Your photo's look amazing otherwise. Hello and thank you for your question. I typically tell my patients to hold off on working out for at least 12-24 hours after Botox injections. I have had patients who have waited a few hours after injections before working out. without any negative affects, however I don't recommend that practice. My thought is that if you spent the money for the injections, heed your Doctors advice and layoff the gym for 24 hours. Hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question. There's a saying that I like to say, Cheap Botox is never good and Good Botox is never cheap. Desired results are a result of an experienced doctor performing the injection. Botox pricing can vary from Doctor to Doctor, depending on the type of Doctor, or the geographical area of the Doctor. So I am sure NYC is much more expensive then a more rural area. In my area, I have seen Botox selling for 12-18 dollars per unit. Hope this helps.

I would recommend that you look for a plastic surgeon or a Med/Spa that specializes in body contouring procedures. We use a device called a venus versa, which has a skin tightening treatment. We have seen good results. You can look at their website and see some before and after photos and then see if there is a provider close to you. Good Luck

I went to her because I turned 40 and I started to see wrinkling and I also wanted to see what she thought about getting my lips done. Well, I absolutely loved her! She is kind and professional, I never felt rushed. I even was forced to take my infant and the babysitter! All went so smooth. I had Dysport and my lips done 1 week later and OMG people at work keep asking me "Did you die your hair?" "you look so refreshed" ! They can see I look better but have no idea what I did! my lips are so nice and full but very subtle.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Kelly DiStefano-Fritz. I was looking for a Dr to get Dysport and Restylane done. I did a research and I was impressed and confident that Dr DiStefano would be the right choice for me. I was impressed by her credentials and thought I was in good hands. From the get go Restylane was not a positive experience. It looked bumpy and looked like I had a worm right under my eyes. I was told by Dr DiStefano that it would get smooth and I should worry about it. Two weeks went by and I was dealing with a lot of swell and the same issues. I made an appointment to see Dr DiStefano and during the 5 minutes that I was there the only reassurance I got was that "I looked better than before". Even though the overall plan was to look better I was mainly concern with being ok, and not having a bad reaction. If it was going to get better etc. But Dr DiStefano was only concerned in convincing me that it was better than before. I completely understand that sometimes we don't get exactly what we expect and hope, but I did not think I was going to get an uneven, bumpy under-eye area. I look worse than before because I don't look natural. My Restylane was poorly done and it doesn't look at all like the before and after we see online. When I contacted Dr DiStefano for a refund they tried to get me back in the office to look at before and afters to try to convince me that "it was better than before", which I was not interested in doing it since I been to the office before and it was a waste of time. I don't trust Dr DiStefano and I don't want to "try to fix it" at this point as it was suggested by them. My under-eyes will randomly swell and when that happens there is nothing I can do to hide it. I did report this to Dr DiStefano but I didn't get a response that could be any help. I got no response. They refused to give me a refund. I would stay away. I don't want anybody else going thru this experience. We invest money trying to feel better and look better and walk away wishing we never did it in the first hand after having an bad experience with a doctor that doesn't know exactly how to do the filler. At this point I am just waiting for this to go away and maybe try again with a better doctor.
This was a really effect way to burn $1250 and get nothing in return. I got the 3 treatments spaced out over about 3 months. I am now 3 months from my last treatment. I get botox, regular facials, I use medical grade skincare products, and I am religious about mineral sunscreen every single day. I'm sorry but Vivace produced absolutely no results. My skin is not any tighter nor more even nor clearer. I simply don't see any benefit so I can't recommend this treatment.
