I have very thin skin under my eyes that causes significant wrinkles when I smile. I’m only 18 but i feel like my my eyes look closer to 30. It’s a huge issue for my self confidence and I’m looking for a long term solution that l require $800 injections twice or more a year for the rest of my life. I’m willing to try filler initially but I just need to know if there’s a real fix for this or if I’m doomed to have wrinkles and bags forever. Any information is really appreciated.

I would begin there before considering surgery. In addition you can keep skin healthy by using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Using dermal fillers, a liquid eye-lift can be performed. A dermal filler such as Restylane would be placed in the cheek and tear trough to hide the depression or bag underneath your eye.

Generally these services persist 10 to 12 month and frequently longer in younger people like yourself. The critical thing is finding the right injector. You asking your face to be sculpted. You are not buying a fungible commodity. Get the right product. That will be Restylane. Avoid runny products like Belotero, Restylane Silk, or Vollubella. These products drift after they have been placed and makes rigides at the top of the cheek. Don’t get grafted fat: you gain weight and the grafted fat gains weight. It’s a big problem.
