Hi Amy,Sometimes filler injected using the sharp needle can cause bruising. If you did not notice any bruising after the injection, the bruise was likely deep inside the cheek. That area of filler injection is usually place on the cheekbone. If the bleeding occured deep on the cheekbone, it may not look as black and blue as one that was closer to the surface.A bigger bruise will take longer for the body to absorb more blood from the bruise than a tiny bruise which make only a take a few days. I suspect there was a bigger bruised, but camouflaged deep on the cheekbone.Luckily you are at two weeks so it should only be a few more days for the remainder of the bruise to fade.Best, Dr. Yang P.S.
