Effectiveness of fat transfer in restoring a youthful appearance after face sculpting?

When I was 30, I had face sculpting to remove fat from my face and neck. Now that I am 50, I am seeing wrinkles form. I would like to know how effective fat transfer is in achieving a wrinkle-free, youthful look.

2 months is enough time to do fat transfer to the face after rhinoplsty; perhaps even earlier. The swelling in the cheeks should be pretty much gone by then.

A will done facial fat transfer should last about 5 years. You will see aging and some fat loss at 3 years so doing another transfer seems reasonable especially in light of the photos you submitted.

A well done fat transfer should last about 5 years. If you feel it hasn't then I'd request your before and after photos and that would show the results.
