I am 35 and regularly get Botox and have had filler to the lips, nasolabial folds and temples as well as a small amount to the apples of the cheeks. My temples are still semi hollow as well are my buccal hollows and the area around my eyes (upper and lower). I’m interested in restoring all the areas of lost volume with voluma and was wondering if 4 syringes of Voluma would be sufficient.

Answer: Restoring Temple Volume Thank you for your question and pictures. The temples alone usually require 1-2 syringes of Voluma per side. The buccal hollow area can usually require even more filler. For these reasons I prefer using Sculptra alone or in combination with fillers for these areas. The results are more gradual, but will last longer and be more cost effective in the long run. Make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and evaluation. Best wishes.

There are so many factors to consider to determine if you are a good candidate for it, best filler to use, the right amount, injection technique, etc. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.
