I'm in my mid-60's and had my surgery about 9 months ago. I see some asymmetry between the two eyes and while I did not have that prior to my surgery, I'm not sure if anything can be done about that but what bothers me most is the dent and the shadows it creates in certain lighting conditions. Could I be worse off if I had fat grafting done to correct this? What are the risks, healing time, and recovery like from this. Any other options? What caused these dents? Will they get worse with time?
