after undergoing lower eye lid surgery and having fat removed and upper eye lid surgery on right eye. my eyes have sunken in and top lid space from lid to eye brow has gotten smaller and eyebrows sit lower and appear straight most of the time temples have also sunken in. I have under eye hollowing that has also affected the cheek tear troff area. I was wondering how much upper and lower pearl grafting costs in Australia for both upper and lower. the maximum cost or a higher end ball park figure

There are several different causes for new ptosis. It is important to have a full examination and a review of your medical history. It is hard to say what is causing your ptosis without this information. I would see a board certified oculoplastic surgeon for an evaluation.
