Breast lift going back to sagging, why? (Photo)

Unfortunately, sagging can return even if the lift was done properly.  It looks like your surgery was done well.  however, every patient is different and loose skin can occur after this surgery. It is fairly easy to remove more skin and sometimes this procedure can be done under local.  Please talk with your surgeon who will be able to help you best. 

Without pre-op photos- it's impossible to comment accurately. Generally speaking the so called "lolipop" lift does not remove all of the sag. Combine that with implants and you will predictably sag again. 

After a breast lift, the breasts are snug and the implants perky, but in many women, the implant drops down with time and the skin stretches out to some degree.  We call this "settling". It occurs is some womento a greater degree than others.  Sometimes it requires a revision and sometimes it needs to be converted to the anchor type lift.
