Some time had passed since my first breast lift and I wanted some more projection. I remember with my first breast lift he had mention implants for my projection but I wasn't ready then. Well, after a few years of deciding I went back for my surgery with Dr Freund! I chose to go with very small implants (115cc), because I still have a lot of breast tissue and a small frame. I wasn't looking to go up in size as my frame is small. I also decided to go with a reverse tummy tuck with this procedure as I had some loose skin I wanted to address but wasn't ready for a traditional tummy tuck.
Every time I meet with Dr. Freund it's always this feeling of happiness for me. He truly is a kind and caring person. I never feel like I am being taken by a salesperson or being rushed out. He is always honest and makes me feel comfortable that I am in the right hands. In my career i have worked with surgeons and I see what happens when someone talks a lot but in the OR has poor skills (photoshop does wonders for some people on social media). This man is brilliant and talented. He does all of his surgeries himself, no PA's, no residents, it's all him.
His front desk staff is also amazing. I really can not lie. Both girls are beautiful and so sweet. They run that place. Amy has been there forever and she knows the ins and outs of running a business. Always polite and professional.
I am happy to say a year out my breast lift result is still beautiful and I am living with a new confidence I don't think anyone else could have given me. Almost 10 years with the same surgeon and in another 10 years I would still choose him.

I first had a breast augmentation with Dr. Freund in 2004; saline, under the muscle and through the areola. Absolutely loved the results and never had an issue! I finally replaced my saline implants along with a lift (his teardrop augmentation mastopexy procedure also reducing the size of my areolas) on Feb 10th of this year and everything is going great so far.While I'm still in the beginning phase of healing the size and shape are perfect! Both procedures were rather uncomfortable but nothing that wasn't well managed by pain meds and rest. Dr Freund has such a comforting, confident and straightforward personality. He is only going to do what is best for the patient and is very honest and realistic which I appreciate.I also received tear trough fillers from him for the first time in September and they still look amazing. No issues at all. His office manager Aimee is still with him since my first procedure over 16 years ago and she is the best. Kind and always super helpful. You never feel rushed or like you are bothering anyone.He also performed a full mommy makeover on my mother a few years back and breast augmentations on two of my friends. I love his work and trust him and his staff completely!

I had my 3 week check up today and this week was a turning point in recovery. Pain is all gone, all the puckering has released except one spot on one areola, bruising almost gone, the scars are going to be hardly noticeable because they are super thin and they are starting to feel like my own again. Plus I got permission for low impact exercising (no upper body). Next visit in 3 weeks. :)
The first week was all about pain management, week 2 was a little emotional for me. I think coming off of the meds effected me a bit but this week I am so so happy!!

I am 5 months post op and it feels like surgery never happened! It was a bit of an intense recovery for me but I got the all clear to go back to all normal activity after 7 weeks. I took it easy at first because I do some rigorous workouts but no issues or limitations since then.
All of the puckering is smoothed out and the scar line around the areola is super thin and even. The shape is perfect. I even like the shape better than the first time! I go for my final photos in 2 weeks. :)

Dr. Robert Freund provided the most incredible care from my very first consultation to my 6 month check up. He provided detailed knowledge of my surgery, answered every question possible, and was super comforting to me and my parents throughout the entire process. I have wanted this surgery for years now, and when I Dr. Freund I instantly felt comfortable and wanted him to be the one preforming my surgery. I am 23 years old, had a double breast reduction in August and went from an F to a C and I would do it all over again. I am more confident than ever before, and I am finally comfortable and genuinely happy when I look in the mirror, when I work out and when I get dressed everyday!!! I had an 11-pound baby via C- section when I was 42. Needless to say, my stomach muscle was torn and the doctor left a flap on my stomach. Not only could you see it through my clothes, but it was also very painful.

Dr. Freund is, above all else, an amazing and real person. I had surgery and consultations with other cosmetic surgeons before, but Dr. Freund is in a class by himself. You meet him and you feel comfortable immediately. Like he is your friend who sincerely cares about you and your results.

When considering a face lift, I spoke to other top NYC surgeons. I wanted to look fresher and younger, but I didn't want to look like one of the "Housewives". And I met some surgeons that I knew would transform me into a plastic "new" me. Dr. Freund will tell you that he likes his patients to look like themselves but better.

Today, almost a year later, I see myself in the mirror and I look and feel rejuvenated. More attractive and younger for certain. So March of 2018 I had a reduction and a lift. I went from an F to a C (which in VIctorias Secret is a D lol) anyway I went on about 5 consults and ended up with Dr Robert Freund. I’m a marathon runner/ soul cycles/avid gym goer at least 5/6 times a week. With that being said I’m 45 and have wanted this since I was 18 as in 5th grade I was a D ..... I had looked at many photos of breasts! Big [RS bleep] like, and finally decided on perky “Game Of Thrones” Boob’s! Research if you do not watch Game of Thrones they all have great boobs! So, my dr told me that the lift and the reduction would give me my desired look! Many of my clients and friends suggested me putting an implant in as well for fullness. We decided against it. (Dr and I) PS first 6 months super perky but smaller then I was used too (I was after all an F) Which no one believed because I shoved my boobs daily into a DD which was awful! I mentioned I’m a runner so prob 6 months after surgery I was Back to my normal routine. Summer came and I noticed when I would put dresses on my breasts would squish down. One of he reasons I got the lift and reduction was so that I could put on dresses without bras and my boobs would look great alone in dresses. That was not happening! So back to the Bras only now they needed to be push ups???? I decided with a lot of careful consideration I needed an implant for fullness! Was not an easy decision as who wants this done again and the expense and the two more weeks off of work. Well last week I went in had 260CC’s put in and even though I’m 5 days post opp I thrilled. I Also had some lipo while I was under cause why not I was under and would need to recover anyway!
My point is........ what you think you my want on someone else’s body isn’t always the best idea for you personally! And a Dr can guide you but u know u the best! What I recommend is you get a reduction and a lift get implants to fill the skin! I used silicone gummies! They look real an feel real! And everyone thought I was nuts or going back and I mean everyone! Listen to you! You make you happy! No one else can do that for you!
